Warranty & Returns
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for one year from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your packing slip or email order copy for proof of payment. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
In the rare case of a manufactures defect or shipping damage, please notify us promptly so that we can replace the damaged item. We cover all shipping charges regarding manufactures defects and shipping damage.
Returns & Exchanges
Incorrect Item Delivered / Missing Item
In the rare event, you receive a wrong item, or the incorrect size or colour, or an article is missing; please contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange to deliver the correct item entirely at our expense.
Other Returns and Exchanges
If you purchased an item that does not fit correctly or that you are not satisfied with, we would gladly accept the article back for return or exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
A return request must usually be received within 30 days of original date of purchase (see Christmas gift policy exception below). There is no restocking fee. However, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
Please e-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we will provide instructions for returning the goods. Items returned without an RMA number may be subject to surcharges or could be redirected back to the customer.
Our Christmas return policy applies between October 15th and Dec 25th on any gift that falls outside the standard 30-day guarantee.
For Christmas gifts, requests for refunds or exchanges must be received by Jan 15th.
We can only accept returns on items in new and unused condition, and with the original packaging.
