Warranty Return Instructions
We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer's defects for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse or abuse.
If an item you have purchased with us has developed a defect, you must notify us at once and discontinue use of the product.
Most shoe defects can quickly and easily be repaired. However, the continued use of a damaged shoe may render it beyond repair, and may also become a safety issue.
In the event of warranty claim, please follow these instructions:
Contact us immediately with a description of the defect, your name, order date and confirmation number, and email to email@example.com
We will pull your order information and contact the manufacturer on your behalf and respond to you within 1 – 3 business days.
To aid us in determining if the item can be repaired locally, please include photos of the defect from 2 - 3 angles; if you have a digital camera.
If the defect is repairable, and there is a means to have the repair done locally in your community, we will give you the option to have the repair done locally. We will reimburse you for the full cost of the repair. At our discretion, we may request you to email us a copy of the repair receipt.
If you are unable to take photos of the defective item, or if we have determined that it is not repairable locally, we will ask you to ship the item to us. Upon receipt, we will have the item repaired or replaced, and we will reimburse you for your shipping costs.
Most defect claims have been of minor nature and can be repaired locally in your community or neighbourhood. Having the item fixed locally is also the quickest solution. For this reason, it is imperative, to discontinue use of the item, when you discover the defect, and to contact us immediately.
