The EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) encapsulated plate, is a replacement plate for the following Protective Goldline Headgear:

  • Baseball Hat
  • Headband
  • Po'-Boy
  • Toque
  • Visor

If your feet has ever slipped out, resulting in a fall onto the back of the head while wearing any of the above stylish Goldline protective headgear; the EPS Protective plate has done it's job to reduce the chance of a serious head injury.

 

In case of this type of fall, it is highly recommended to replace the Protective Plate, even if their is no sign of damage.  You may also wish to consider buying a spare, so you are never without head protection while curling.

Replacement is easy:

  • Unzip the zipper at the back of the headgear, and remove the old protective plate
  • Insert the new protective plate with the word TOP orientated to the back of the headgear and also next to the zipper.

  • Zip up and you are ready to go.
