Gripper Pod Placement

Proper positioning preserves pod lifespan and performance: place the toe pod approximately 1/8″ (3mm) back from the front of the toe. Combined with correct hack foot placement, this maintains the integrity and effectiveness of the pods.

They feature a built-in locking device for a secure fit on all BalancePlus footwear, with a wrap-around toe providing a better fit. The unique rubber compound provides an aggressive texture for maximum traction on curling ice. 

Grippers are used over a slider to protect it from dirt and scratches off and on the ice.
